Mushroom Mince

For 4-6 servings: Microwave recipe

500g Beef Mince

2 cloves garlic cloves, chopped

1 pkt mushroom soup

2 tsp seed mustard

3/4 cup water or white wine

1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

4 Spring Onions, chopped

100g Mushrooms

1/4 cup sour cream or creme fraiche

In a large microwave casserole dish, mix the mince and garlic and cook on HIGH (100%power) for 5 minutes, stirring after 2 mins.  Add the soup, mustard, water, or wine, and the Worcestershire sauce.  Cook for another 6 mins.  Add the spring onions and mushrooms and microwave for 2 minutes.  Stir in the cream and serve over noodles, fettuccini, rice, or spoon onto toasted bread rolls.
